SUMO may look bold, but there’s not much behind it. The SUMO collection is hollow printed and surprises with an astonishingly low weight despite its voluminous design. For lovers of ample shapes, this means outstanding comfort. Equipped with the extremely robust hinges from the VOYOU collection, it does justice to the entire collection. In case of an emergency, the temples detach from the front and can be reattached with a simple hand movement. We are so confident in their durability that we offer a lifetime warranty on the hinges.

OVERSTRESS PROTECTION

The patented ball joint offers a unique feature: under overstress, the temple yields, folds outward, or detaches completely.

REMOVABLE TEMPLE

The screwless hinge is not just a visual highlight: if the temple is removed under overstress, it can be reattached in seconds with a simple motion.

HOLLOW PRINTED & SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT

SUMO models are hollow printed and feature an astonishingly low weight. The lighter loose powder remains in the hollow space. The possibilities of 3D printing are maximized, ensuring outstanding comfort even with bulky frames.

SELECT METAL COLOR

The metal color can be customized upon request. You can choose from five different colors:

SILVER, BLACK, GOLD, ROSE GOLD and RAINBOW.

OPTIONAL NOSE PADS

All SUMO models can be made with titanium nose pads upon request. If desired, these can be fitted with a transparent silicone cover or a 3D printed clip-on in the frame's color.

TEMPLE ADJUSTMENT WITH METAL INSERT

SUMO models feature a metal insert in the temple that allows for precise adjustment to perfectly fit the unique shape of the wearer’s head – just like acetate frames. Adjusting the temple into a curved shape or adding an "S-bend" is both simple and accurate.

CUSTOMIZE

If a serial model doesn’t fit perfectly, the frame can be adjusted to match the wearer’s anatomical measurements. All relevant parameters such as lens width, bridge width, temple length, inclination and the base curve can be individually modified.
